What is NagareOps?
NagareOps is a hospitality operations platform — the name means "flow" in Japanese — that uses AI to draft the operational documents that keep your business moving: shift briefs, incident reports, inspection prep, event rundowns, and more.
Who is it for?
Restaurant operators, hotel and lodging managers, private club directors, catering companies, event venues, and bar operators — anyone running a hospitality operation who needs professional documentation without the administrative drag.
How does it work?
You fill in a short form with the specifics of your situation. Our AI generates a formatted, ready-to-use draft. You review, edit if needed, then send or export to PDF.
Does AI replace lawyers, HR professionals, or health inspectors?
No. NagareOps drafts are operational starting points — they are not legal advice, HR rulings, or official inspection compliance documents. Always have a qualified human review anything that carries legal, regulatory, or employment consequences. See our Disclaimer for the full scope.
Can I use drafts commercially?
Yes. You own the outputs. Use them in your operation without restriction.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
NagareOps is purpose-built for hospitality ops: pre-filled prompts calibrated for each document type, consistent output format across your team, draft history so nothing gets lost, and one-click PDF or email export. ChatGPT is general-purpose; NagareOps is a tool that already knows what a BEO or a shift brief looks like.
How is HirePost different from just posting on Indeed?
HirePost generates a polished, EIN-verified job post draft inside NagareOps, then hands it off to the Vetted Job Board with a $50 posting discount. It's a single workflow from draft to published — no copy-pasting between tabs.
Buying & Billing
What's the difference between a bundle and individual products?
Individual products are single-tool monthly subscriptions — unlimited generations of one document type. A bundle groups multiple tools under one monthly price, typically at a meaningful discount versus buying each separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Account page at any time. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period, then stops — no partial-month charges.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Monthly subscriptions: no prorated refund on cancellation — you keep access until the period ends. One-time purchases: non-refundable once the draft has been generated. Exception: IncidentReport re-pull credits have a 48-hour grace window if the draft failed to generate.
What happens if Square charges me but I don't get access?
Webhook delivery is automatic and retried; access usually unlocks within seconds of payment. If more than 10 minutes have passed and you still don't have access, contact support with your order confirmation and we'll resolve it manually.
Can I get a demo?
We don't offer demos — the $30/month entry tier is designed to be the demo. It includes real access to a core product so you can evaluate NagareOps risk-free. Cancel anytime from Account.
Using NagareOps
How do I sign in?
NagareOps uses magic links — no password required. Go to /account/login, enter your email, and click the link in your inbox. Links expire after 30 minutes.
I didn't receive my magic-link email — what now?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, wait 30 minutes then request a new link (there's a cooldown to prevent flooding). Still nothing? Contact support with your email address and we'll check delivery on our end.
Can I share my login with colleagues?
No — accounts are tied to a single email address and sharing violates our Terms of Service. If you need team access, contact support to discuss options.
Can I generate drafts in another language?
The platform is English-only by default. Pasting a non-English prompt into the form often produces a usable result, but this is not officially supported and output quality will vary.
Data & Privacy
Is my data private?
Your draft inputs are used only to generate your document and are purged from our system after 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full details. Note that AI providers (Groq, Gemini, Google, Anthropic) have their own data policies that apply to content sent through their APIs.

What AI models do you use?
NagareOps rotates between Groq, Gemini, and Claude depending on which is fastest and healthiest at generation time. You don't need to choose — the system picks the best available provider automatically.
