NagareOps generates AI-assisted operational documents for hospitality businesses. All output is a drafting starting point — it is not legal advice, HR advice, compliance advice, medical advice, or financial advice. No attorney-client, employer-employee, or professional advisory relationship is created by using NagareOps. Every generated document must be reviewed by a qualified human before it enters any official, regulated, or legally consequential context.
2. IncidentReport — Operational Record Only
IncidentReport generates a structured operational record to help document an event. It is not an HR investigation, a legal finding, or a determination of fault or liability. Incident reports involving potential discrimination, harassment, assault, wage theft, or other regulated matters must be handled by qualified legal counsel and HR professionals — not by this tool alone. Using IncidentReport output as a substitute for a formal investigation process is explicitly not supported and may expose your business to liability.
3. InspectionPrep — Preparation Only
InspectionPrep generates a checklist-style preparation guide based on operator-provided context. It is not a guarantee of regulatory compliance, a substitute for a licensed health or safety inspection, or legal certification of any kind. Actual compliance is determined by your local health authority, fire marshal, liquor control board, or other regulating body — not by this tool. You are solely responsible for verifying that your operation meets applicable legal requirements before any inspection.
4. HirePost — EEO Compliance
HirePost generates job description drafts to assist with recruiting. You are solely responsible for ensuring all job postings comply with applicable Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, ADEA, and state or local equivalents. NagareOps does not review your postings for discriminatory language or unlawful requirements. Review every job description with your HR team or counsel before publishing.
5. BEO Builder & Event Documents
BEO Builder and related event documents (RunOfShow, VendorBrief, AttendeeNotes) generate operational drafts for internal coordination. These documents are not legally binding contracts. You are solely responsible for the enforceability of any agreements with clients, vendors, or partners. Have a qualified attorney review any document intended to create contractual obligations before execution.
6. OnboardKit — Employment Documentation
OnboardKit generates first-week onboarding document drafts. It does not constitute legal employment documentation, an employment contract, or a compliant employee handbook. State and federal employment laws vary significantly — consult employment counsel before relying on any OnboardKit output for formal HR purposes.
7. No Guaranteed Outcomes
NagareOps makes no representation that use of its products will improve operational efficiency, reduce liability, pass any inspection, prevent incidents, or produce any specific business outcome. Results will vary based on the quality of your inputs, your team's implementation, and factors outside our control. No testimonial, case study, or example represents a guarantee of results consistent with FTC Act Section 5.
8. AI Accuracy Limitations
AI-generated text can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or plausible-sounding inaccuracies ("hallucinations"). Never distribute, file, or act on generated content without independent human review.
